Churches

No place is exempt from the violence and destruction of active threat situations. We have witnessed growing numbers of active threat situations occurring in churches. There are those that have different belief systems and there are radical groups that purposely target churches to send a message to the world. Churches are considered “soft targets” because it is well known that the Bible teaches love and most church goers are peace loving. Many churches are turning to armed parishioners to protect them if a situation arises. Without proper training and planning that can have negative results, and in most cases, it can create more liability for the church. We train parishioners methods to survive by knowing how to react quickly to a threat. We teach them to escape and evacuate if possible, hide if they need to and can safely, and how to react against the threat if they absolutely have to. Using counter measures and large numbers of properly trained parishioners can prevent the threat from carrying out his plans, thus saving lives.
