Workplace violence can occur at any moment and can result in an active threat situation that can put your entire staff and visitors in immediate danger. Data indicates that higher numbers of active threat situations occur in “Gun Free Zones", most work places have policies that prohibit firearms and weapons of any kind on the premises. Gun free zones do not seem to be preventing active threat situations from occurring, so we need to be prepared. We assess your workplace and current safety and security measures and assist you with planning changes to enhance them. We customize training to your location that fit the environment that your employees work in. We train staff at all levels and can teach small groups or larger groups based upon your needs.
